1. Applicant must be a non-resident Pakistani

3. It must have a NICOP
4. Age should be less than 20 to 65 years
5. There is no minimum income requirement
6. Must be a resident of Pakistan
7. Must have a 13-digit Pakistan ID card
8. You use electricity from 100 to 300
